· Next up is the importance of sunscreen. Even though we’re still in the rages of winter, sunscreen is important. Every day, UVA and UVB rays come through the clouds or through the blue sky and reflect off the snow right on to your face. You may say to yourself, “I am never outside during the winter, it’s just too darn cold.” Well, think about the time you spend in the car, walking through the grocery store parking lot or even just trying to catch your Vitamin D with a short walk at lunch. All these activities expose you to the sun and as we age, we need sunscreen to protect our skin. Every one of our regimens include sunscreen to help protect the skin you work so hard for.
